Journey On Relaxation
The exercise was just as its title is, relaxing, what was nice to me is that as he spoke and told me what to do I was actually feeling the sensations he was talking about. The music was almost like a soundtrack to the exercise, it seemed to take form in the exercise as you moved and breathed in and out. I have never done meditation before and to me this is a great way to start to learn by having someone tell you what to do as you do it.
